We know we already gave you tips on how to get stains out, but here we are going to emphasise some more on how to get microfiber furniture clean. Especially, light coloured as it is the one that shows stains and even water marks like no other furniture!
You are goig to need four simple things:
1. Spray bottle
2. Bristle brush
3. Sponge
4. Rubbing alcohol
In the spray bottle you are going to pour the rubbing alcohol. You may also addn different homemade solutions that we’ve suggested in the Cleaning Tips section. You have to make sure the bristle brush and the sponge are white so that there is no accidental colour transfer. If they match the colour of your furniture you can take that risk.
When the solution you choose is in the spray bottle you must saturate the stained area. The alcohol evapourates much faster than water so it will not leave marks. Take the sponge and start scrubbing the area – use some muscles, scrub it hard and you will see the dirt coming onto your sponge If it gets too dirty, switch it for a new one to prevent scrubbing old dirt into your furniture. Let the sprayed areas dry. After that you will notice that they will look darker and will also feel strange to the touch. Here is where the bristle brush plays its part. You have to make sure that the microfiber furniture is completely dry and then take the brush and with swirling motions, refluff the areas you’ve cleaned.
This little domestic cleaning tip here will help your microfiber furniture look like it has just been delivered from the store.
