It’s not an extraordinay thing to accidently lacqure your desk, carpet, clothes or couch. In women’s everyday life this things happen not just occasionally. The good part of it is that you don’t need to be a professional cleaner to get rid of the colourful stains.
Removing Polish From Wood – DO NOT ever use nail polish remover! This will ruin your furniture. In order to remove the stain you must simply spritz your polish puddle down with plenty of hairspray, let it sit for 20 seconds and then wipe it off. You may need to repeat the process.
From Cloth – this one is tricky. Sometimes nail polish removers work on clothing but sometimes they don’t. Here the hairspray will help you! If the stain is more stubborn, don’t be afraid to walk down to the local dry cleaners!
Removing Polish from Hair – yes, somethimes this happens as well. If the nail polish is still wet, get some non-acetone polish remover and help your hair. If it has already dried, use your hair conditioner until you can slide the bits out.
From Carpet – it’s very important to get this tip here correctly. If your carpet is light or white, get some non-acetone nail polish remover as it will do the job. If the colour is dark, then you need to be ready for to put some efforts in the cleaning. Put hairspay or rubb some alcohol and then scrub it with a sponge or paper towels. Don’t give up – it will not come out from the first time but you will get every last bit out!
